Northstar Management’s team has extensive experience participating in the development and implementation of a variety of projects. In addition to acting as the Owner’s Representative on project teams, each of our staff brings personal experience in either design or construction. This experience enhances Northstar’s perspective of all project team roles and responsibilities, which provides a unique leadership resource for the Owner, as well as the entire project team.
Northstar is recognized by the design and construction community as an efficient and effective Owner’s Representative resource. Several of our projects have received awards from the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers for cost effectiveness and teamwork approach, including the Cardinal Carberry Senior Living Center and the Central Institute for the Deaf.
In 2004, the St. Louis Construction News and Review recognized Northstar with a Regional
Excellence Award for its work at St. Louis College of Pharmacy.
A Best Practice Award was presented to Northstar Management in December 2007, by the St.
