      • Observe Construction Activities for Conformance with Project Documents
      • Manage All Independent Testing (Soils, Materials, Mechanical Systems, Environmental, etc.)
      • Coordinate Installation of All Owner Furnished/Relocated Items
      • Assist with the Procurement and Coordinate Installation of All Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment
      • Coordinate Installation of Signage, Phone/Data, and Other Ancillary Systems
      • Monitor Contractor Safety and Substance Abuse Programs
      • Participate in the Review of Shop Drawings/Submittals

    • Manage All Acceptance Testing (Mechanical, Fire Alarm, etc.)
    • Coordinate Keying and Other Security Requirements
